i like this guy alot and he's leaving in 3 weeks bcuz he's leaving to go to a new place veryvery far and he's not coming back. he likes me too but the only thing i have a problem with is how i should get together with him. he's pretty shy to do that and i really wanna be together with him. well should i? everyone says that i should. but the only reason is how?

if you really want to work at it... you can keep in touch by phone, IM or email. and visit occasionally, if you have the $ for that. but if not... just try to find someone new
