after hiding extended network, wont move up Options

after i deleted my extended network and blogs my about me section wont move up, i tried a code posted on here before but it didn't work...does anyone have any solutions?? i'd really appreciate it...heres my myspace

that seems a little backwards.. wouldnt you put the table coding in style tags and the div coding with out????
