If you're both ready to take that step, more power to you. I'm certain being with a friend would make both of y'all comfortable as opposed with someone you just met. I don't mean "just met" as in one night stand, but "just met" as in someone without the history the two of you have. I'm not sure, however, how having sex will affect your relationship. I mean, do you want to stay friends or is sex your way of taking it to a committed boyfriend/girlfriend type thing?
