Okay so I saw this banner at a design site on xanga.I really like the twirly thingy in the middle.I would ask the designer but the site was shut down..  any idea where to get/make it?

You could do that in Photoshop. -shrug-
It's just a few filters&effects. Propbably something similar to what I used here on the thrid one. So use radial blur and then twirl, it may not come out exactly like that... But it's probably gonna be close. |
