3 columns instead of two? |

Is it possible to make the first and second columns skinny enough that I can add a third column and put my commments in it? If so, how would I go about this?
Also, how do I make it so that the date on each comment has a background color? Thank you for any help. |

ehm add a third column where?
and the date on the comment just take the same bg color as the comments. you can't make it so the comments have one bg color and then the date has one also im pretty positive anyway..
