Do you think it's right for scienctists to be looking into things so much? All of the discoveries about Earth?
My Opionion: I have never liked sceince much....I don't think we were meant to find all of this out. And it's scary knowing that they found out when the sun will burn out, or things like they are syaing the world will end in 2012....I just don't think this stuff wasn't meant to be known. What do you guys think? |

QUOTE(m@dcow @ May 16 2004, 9:06 AM) i believe knowing too much is the reason why many people have fear of things... if it weren't for us knowing that snakes bite, or some are poisonous.. many people wouldn't have that phobia... in the times when humans recently evolved from apes, they did not know much, each day was a fite for survival... it was quite a boring life at times... knowlegde of things makes life more intersting, yet for what price? Yeah, okay. So if you didn't know a rattle snake bite won't kill you and you get bit. Now what? I think it's better if we knew than if we didn't. Atleast we can prevent stuff from happening. - Chinkieeyedpnoi |
