well i weight around 182 pounds and i need to weight around 165, i got a time limit and well the due date is january 15th. im not a big fan of crunches, because i dont think there doing anything really. if you know any good diet plans or a website for good workouts that dont deal with weights let me know or if u got any other info let me know

You cant lose 50 pounds in 2 weeks or a month unless you're anorexic. Please use the "Health Forum Listed Topic Guide" pinned thread to help youself lose wieght.  I learned alot from it.
