dance, ..any dancers in here? Options

any dancers on cb? of any kind. i do ballet, jazz, lyrical, hip hop, polynesian, and used to do tap. since i was 3!..and if you think dance isnt a sport (cuz i've met a few who think that) it is indeed a sport! there was this study and dance is the 2nd most strenuous sport next to swimming

I don't dance at all >< When I was in grade 5, I took ribbon dancing for a year. There was this huge performance in the end and we were mentioned on this chinese newspaper. Lol. But yea, I'm not much of a dancer. I'm embarrassed because I don't think I can dance. That's why I don't dance. But when I was a kid, looking at the videos and all, I would dance around the room and all while my sibling does the singing. Lol.

After watching So You Think You Can Dance and all, I want to learn how to dance now. Like I would only dance if I was taught how to do it. But just going out there and dancing at dances and all, I don't. I'm way too shy and stuff. My mom thinks it's weird since she used to go to clubs and all, all the time when she was younger. She loved to dance. But my siblings and I don't dance. Lol.

The only time I did dance was like in grade 7 & 8. But it was a requirement for gym and both years, we had to form a group and make up our own dance routines. We did hip hop for both years. Meh. I don't know. If I was to dance, I want to do hip hop, but not like the ones singers like Mandy Moore or whoever does. It's more like how Jamile from So You Think You Can Dance type of hip hop.
