ok, problem, short and sweet, got a friend and his girlfriend. me and her were talking, she asked me to do something, i was talking to him about it for her, and things just got really messy somewhere in there. anyway, one of them (her) thought that i was trying to break them up and is really mad at me and wont talk to me. And i really dont want her angry at me because we are really good friends. how do i convince her that i wasn't trying to break her and her bf up? (truthfully, i wasn't)

Give her time for everything to settle down. Most likely, she'll not be mad at you and won't feel like she needs to ignore you. Give it half a week, minimum. Then go up to her and ask if you can talk to her alone. Don't suddenly jump into defending yourself. Just apologize and say something like..

"I'm sorry if it made it seem like I was trying to break you and your boyfriend up. I know I'm not that good with words. I really hope you can forgive me and be friends with me again. Please?"

If she were to say "NO!" to your face, maybe she's not really worth being your friend. But you could always try again. Just don't seem desperate and give it a rest after each time you talk with her.
