Teen kills himself after told to limit game time
Yap Wai Chung , a 16 year old boy from Petaling Jaya, Malaysia electrocuted himself after his father told him he had to cut down his online gaming time. From The Star, "Worried about his sons addiction to computer games, he lectured the teenager about it and told him to limit his computer playtime to an hour a day." "After the scolding, Wai Chung ate his dinner and continued playing computer games while his parents went off to bed." "'We rushed to the study and found Wai Chung on the floor with electrical wires around his body,' the father said at the University Malaya Medical Centre, where Wai Chung's body had been sent for a post-mortem." i'm sorry, but that's f**king RETARDED!
my bf plays WoW constantly and i threatened to break up with him if he didn't cut down on his game time. he knows i mean business too. i hate that stupid game. a lot of relationships are destroyed because of it and dumbass people kill themselves because of it too.

I remember my computer crashed and totally screwed up due to GunBound (back in 2003--lol) and I was so pissed off lol. But hey, that changed me! I quit playing and now I have time for other trhings. I used to be soo obsessed. I feel sorry for the boy that he died, though. :/ |
