what keeps your mind off sad things?
what's your therapy?

in relevance with relationships of course...
break ups, loss of loved close ones, best friend moving, feeling the world has turned its back on you, etc.



for me:

music,
writing,
showers,
and one thing that almost always helps:
sleep.

i can never sleep when im sad, ill feel like imma die or something, i just call up the person im sad about [such as; a friend/boyfriend] you know, or i call a kuya of mind and vent to them.

i cant write, i just start cryin` or even listening to music, it all relates to love, so if im sad about that it really doesnt help.

i just talk on the phone to the people who mostly care about me =]
