She's Afraid

Tormented feelings raging in my heart
I wish they would just tear everything apart
So I don't have to feel this anymore
I'm endlessly bleeding deep within my core
I love her and she loves me
But she's his and this can't be
It just can't be real
But it's no nightmare because when I bleed I feel

Painful rain, please subside
For her I will forever bide
I've never before felt so strongly about anyone
He thinks this is all just a playful pun
But I love her with everything in me
I just want us to run away and be free

She's with him now lacking trust
He's doing things to her she doesn't lust
But shes to scared to say no
She's afraid. She's afraid... She's afraid to let go
With her good intentions she lets him have his fun
She never wanted to hurt anyone
So she stays with him instead of who her heart holds dear
She's just overcome with so much fear

Painful rain, please subside
For her I will forever bide
I've never before felt so strong about anyone
He thinks this is all just a playful pun
But I love her with everything in me
I just want us to run away and be free

Dark daydreams cloud my mind
I'm trapped and I'm blinded by the bind
One day, I know, she will be mine
And our hearts will forever entwine
With that hope I will make it through
And I'll tell her "It's all because of you"
It's better to have loved a little then never loved at all
Her love will save me from livings final fall
