I've just returned to CB, and I feel so lost because I don't seem to know anybody anymore! However, I don't want to post a cliche survey because (a) it probably has already been posted and (b) I never care about the questions in those surveys. So here's a list of probing questions that would give me and the rest of the community a better idea of who each of you are, not what your favorite band is or if you've ever smoked pot or gone skinny-dipping. So here goes:

(5) Whom in your life do you value the most and why?

(2) Choose three adjectives to describe yourself. talkitive, sarcastic, generally upbeat
(3) What/Who has (or has had) the greatest influence on your life right now and why? yay for being cliché...but my parents. more my dad than my mom because we think in the same way and i really respect him a lot. (not that i disrespect my mother...)
(4) What in your life do you value the most and why? unconditional love and compassion for other people
(5) Whom in your life do you value the most and why? totally not a predictable question there...my family and friends for their constant support, entertainment, and grace
(6) What, do you believe, is your purpose on earth? to help people. even if that means simply cheering them up after they've had a bad day, listening to them rant about how their parents never listen, or feeding the homeless. anything to make life a little better for someone else.
(7) What, so far, have your contributed to the world? not enough but i'm working on it. so far i've only effected people who are in direct contact with me...i'd like to get more on a global or at least a nationwide scale of help
(8) Do you portray yourself to others in a way that is contrary to who you really are? occasionally...just the general being quiet around certain groups even though i'm rather loud...also i find it hard to reveal my full personality in a short period of time..so if revealing different parts to different people counts. then yes.

basically make the best out of every situation/live life to the fullest because tomorrow is always a new day.

(10) Is there anything you would like to change about yourself or your life? recently i've been more angry and hateful. i've disliked this one girl in particular for a couple of reasons and i really wish i could just get over it and stop being so annoyed by her all the time
(11) What is your favorite place to be and why? two places- my room (especially when i'm in my bed and it's raining outside and i feel all safe and warm. lol i'm a dork) and a dance studio with a bunch of people all moving as one body/unit it's really amazing.
(12) Describe your life in five words or less. relatively drama-less & blessed
(13) What are you genuinely interested in? art art art. (meaning visual and dance), sociology, psychology (basically people and art. lol)
(14) If money were not an issue, what would you do with your life?i may sound like i'm wanting to be miss america...but really i've always wanted to own an orphanage and adopt a few kids....if money wasnt a issue for me does that mean money isnt an issue for everyone? i'd also like to help battered women and children
