Ahh, over in europe I think they just rate every movie different. Like some movies are 15+ and others could be 14+ or 17+, etc. I think that would probably be a better way to do it than the R, PG-13, PG thing...because some R rated movies could be viewed by 15 year olds really, but some are more geared towards..."mature" audiences.
