tampons??!?, "flow" level |

well i just decided to start using tampons. but the problem is, i dont know wether i should use like, the super plus, or regular, or like, super ones, you know? so how do i know what "flow level" im at? i mean like, i know ive had it for at least some of sixth grade, up till now, im int 8th grade. i dont remember if i had it all of sixth grade tho...could you tell just by that? or is everyone different?

^agreed. your menstrual cycle is probably still a little unstable why not wait a few more years before using tampons.and if you're not sure on the type of flow you are then all the more to use a pad until you're certain
