this is not an advertisement or promotional scheme to get people to come to clique.. im just tired of explaining this to people; but close it if you want.

i've had a bunch of people IM me or talk to me in the chatroom recently asking me if cliquemb.com is a competitor of cb... and i feel that i should clear this up for everyone to know, including the moderators - for future reference in handling certain situations.

my forum... is not a competing site with createblog or natskins forums. cliquemb has nothing to do with xanga or blog resources. it does not offer xanga or blogger skins. it does however offer website templates, but a lot of your own coding is still involved in it so its basically just graphics.

it's really just an art focused community.

competing means something that offers the same product for the same demographic. i'd like to say that clique is aiming for a more mature audience than createblog - since createblog is xanga oriented, and the majority of people on xanga are around 12 - 17 years old.

HOWEVER... cliquemb has been acknowledged as a commercial website. commercial websites are not allowed to be advertised on the forums or in your signatures. i've already been notified of this, and have removed the link that was in my signature. i encourage all clique members on createblog to do the same, so neither of us get in trouble.
