I am become obsessed with this technique..lol.. I use a combination of the pen tool and the brush tool. To add a shadowy effect I use the smudge/soften tool. This is my third time attempting this. My only real issue is the lips and I didn't add much detail to the hair... My favorite part is the jeans..So realistic

For some reason, the face shape reminds me of a man. I dunno. But i like the colors used.
