Open Box, deletion of friends & comments Options

Hey everyone. I deleted my friends and comments and there's now a pretty large sized box at the bottom of my page now. I was wondering if there's anyway I can get rid of it? Thanks!

here use this code to hide your comments and friends. put it in your about me section.. by making the height number samller, the more of the friends and comments table is hidden. it will also remove all of the blank table as well.
