I have a request for a tutorial -- could someone please write one that describes how to make backgrounds somewhat like the one on this site -- http://xanga.com/teenroyalty_lays. I've tried, but they always come out uneven and messed up.

If you want some thing just like that background then just take this:
http://img36.imageshack.us/img36/651/background0js.png open a program and use the pencil tool and mark over the lines. :] |
