I'm new to wordpress and I'm trying to get wordpress to my site. Unfortunately, I can't get the installation right. I did exactly what wordpress.org installation guide, and it's still not working. I've made a database in MySQL called wordpress. Then I re-named wp-config-sample.php to wp-config.php and edited it as the tutorial said. I installed wp-admin/install.php and when I click on it. I get a bunch of numbers, symbols, etc. When I looked at it, there was a phrase that said I already installed Wordpress. I didn't even install it yet or something. On the tutorial, it said you should go to the install and it should have it set up. But I don't have that, just a bunch of words/phrases. I hope someone can help me, thanks. Did you ever ask your host if they have fantistico. That could set it up for you in like 5-10 minutes. OR if its your domain and you have it ..

Anyways you might have to clear out any tables? I think thats what there called. in your database if your still having problems and try again..
