I run a web hosting company, Holdfire Network, and have recently (last night! :)) released a new design and unveiled new shared and reseller plans (cPanel.) HF has been in business since October 2005, and is home to dozens of happy clients.
Our shared accounts servers are located in the Dimenoc DC2 in Orlando, Florida while our reseller account servers are located in the Server Beach DC in San Antonio, TX. Our servers use AMD processors, Cent OS, and come with cPanel, Fantastico, and WHM (reseller only.) Want to check out the status and information on our servers? Check out our status page For the month of February, we're running a very huge promotion to treat you to 50% off any annual account. The promotion applies to any annual shared or reseller account. Just use the promotional code VALENTINE (case sensitive) when checking out. The following are two of our most popular plans: Basic for shared hosting, and Alpha for reseller hosting. Shared Hosting: Basic • 3GB of disk space • 100GB of bandwidth • Latest cPanel and Fantastico • 15 add-on domains • PHP 4 & 5 support • Unlimited: MySQL Database, FTP accounts, Subdomains • Web and FTP stats → Order Now! $40 annually Reseller Hosting: Alpha • 5GB of disk space • 195GB of bandwidth • Latest WHM, cPanel and Fantastico • Unlimited cPanel accounts • PHP 4 & 5 support • Custom Nameservers → Order Now! $10 per month, $100 per year Here are some questions that are asked the most: Is my order approved and created automatically? Due to increased internet fraud, accounts are not activated nor created automatically. This is to prevent any kind of malicious activity on the server. However you will receive an e-mail from us confirming your invoice payment. Account creation generally occurs within the first few hours of receiving your order (sometimes way quicker then that!) Do you offer a money back guarantee? We offer a 14-Day Money Back Guarentee. If you are dissatisfied with our service(s) for any reason, you will receive a full refund (minus any setup fees, domain name registrations, or registrar transfer fees) if you cancel your account within 14 days from the date your account was activated. Can I use my reseller account to run my own hosting company? Yes, you can create your own packages and sell them at your own price. However we do expect you to provide your clients with domain name registration, direct billing, and technical support to your customers. We don't want leave them hanging! =) What forms of payment do you accept? We accept Paypal and major credit cards for payments. You do not need a PayPal account to make a credit and/or debit card payment to Holdfire Network. We can also accept postal money orders upon request, but please contact our sales department if you have any questions about using other forms of payment. Can you transfer over my existing cPanel account? We can most definitely transfer over ANY size cPanel account to our servers, whether it's for shared or reseller. Not only that but it's FREE of charge to new orders. The only requirement is that your cPanel account be available (not suspended) to be able to transfer it over. Check out our cpanel transfer guide. This thread was created by me, for my company. If anyone posts here, they know they can ask a question and get a response from me SINCE I CREATED THE THREAD. I appreciate the thought, but you have no idea about my company, and the answers to questions (even if they seem obvious.)
So please refrain from answering any technical questions that pertain to Holdfire.Network Hosting, as you will not be able to give secure and certain answers. |

QUOTE(warriors1035 @ Dec 7 2005, 10:26 PM) maybe he has an idea and he is trying to learn? jeez.. back off and f.y.i nobody wants a host who is going to argue about everything This is an entirely different situation. If it was a hypothetical question, with a hypothetical answer I wouldn't care. However, HE's answering questions that related to MY company. He does not work for my company, he does not own it, nor is he a customer. A complete stranger does not have any right to answer technical questions that require specific answers (ie: what kind of server.) FYI: A person wants a host that will answer their questions with the correct answer. |
