My friends and I were having a discussion about running in cold weather? Does it really have advantages?

QUOTE(simx @ Nov 6 2005, 9:38 PM) I wouldn't really know... the coldest it gets here in Hawaii is like... 55 or 60 ... and I'm sure as hell not running in that kind of weather. 55 to 60 is not cold. i don't like running in the cold, cause it hurts my lungs and makes it difficult to breathe. but if you want to just make sure you put layers on and not get sick |
