im sorry if you have a topic like this, but i wanted to know how can you edit a picture and make it look like this (the eye color is what i wanna know) his eye color is brown by the way and i tried to ask him and hes kinda a jerk, cuz he was kinda getting perverted for no reason, but yeah im just wondering

Called colorizing.
Take the lasso tool, select around the iris, and hit Ctrl+U. Check the box marked "Colorize" and fiddle around with the adjustments. Click okay and deselect, and you're done. Please thumb that picture? Thanks. |
