im sorry if you have a topic like this, but i wanted to know how can you edit a picture and make it look like this (the eye color is what i wanna know) his eye color is brown by the way and i tried to ask him and hes kinda a jerk, cuz he was kinda getting perverted for no reason, but yeah im just wondering

You just make a new layer, use the marquee tool to select the eyes, fill them in with color, and change the blending option. |
