I felt bad critiquing other's colorizations when I myself haven't done one. So I did one. Here it is, side by side with the original:



When I went to try to increase the image quality after finishing it, her skin got a little orangey. I apologize.

I had to use Download Accelerator to download the images, but I was so determined to see it that it doesn't matter. :P

I looked at the colored version first, I always try to do that so I'm not like "Oh, I see what she did there.." and whatnot. Without having seen the grayscale version, I can't really even tell it's been colorized. You've done a really great job here. :)

Exactly! It looks great Carrie! The skin looks perfect, like someone mentioned it's like she is sunbathing. The lips are also a really good, natural, pretty color. You did an amazing job for a first! I'd say, find out where you can really play around with colors and what not.

I love it!
