These are just ones I noticed the first time I watched the movie...
1) right off the bat in the first scene Crouch is in the room with voldemort and Pettigrew when he isnt in the book. 2) When Harry writes to Sirius Black he is supposed to use the Pen name Snuffles. 3) In the scene where Harry gets the egg the turrain is supposed to be flat. 4) When Harry uses the Gilly Weed they are supposed to be going from the edge of the lake, not some suspended platform. 5) Dumbledore gets angry at Harry!(thats just horrible) 6)They also forgot to add the part where Rita gets caught as a beetle and is put away in a jar by Hermoine. - Jooleah Ill stop there but if anyone else posts some Ill add them to this list. Most of the changes are because of the producer/director and making the movie so that anyone can basically jump in at the GOF and have some sort of understanding to it.
They basically dumbed down the movie, that's why alot of key parts from the book were removed, and certain stuff was added/changed around. That's how movies based off of books always end up. Except you'd think they'd do a better job of not chopping up the first 45 minutes of the movie.... |
