I live in New York right.. So I take public transportation (bus/trains) all the time. It frustrates me whenever it's a day when the bus/train is so packed and there's a long way back home..I'm tired.. and I see a seat open and a person put their bag there. Now it's not fair to people who are really tired and need to sit..especially the elderly or handicapped.. Well what do you think?

I know what you mean..if I were tired, I would just go up to that person and politely ask if I could take that seat. Hopefully, they would say yes
 If not..then they're mean.  Unless they really were saving someone's place.
