I live in New York right.. So I take public transportation (bus/trains) all the time. It frustrates me whenever it's a day when the bus/train is so packed and there's a long way back home..I'm tired.. and I see a seat open and a person put their bag there. Now it's not fair to people who are really tired and need to sit..especially the elderly or handicapped.. Well what do you think?

Well I think it's rude when there's a lot of people. But say you're the only person in your row of seats and the floor was wet because it was raining out?
