Alrighty, I've never gone out with a guy or even asked a guy I liked out. So, I've liked this guy for a few months now, and he hasnt asked me out. So now I want to ask him out, but I dont want to look like a complete idiot and mess it up. What do I do? How do I ask him out?

I'm kinda with you.. about this "new-dated-before-like-this-guy-for-a-while-thinking-of-asking-him-out" senario. I want him to ask me, because I want to know that he likes me, not that he just said yea cause hes just nice like that. its weird.. my friends say he likes me, and is just too shy.. but after our witner dance at our school, if nothing happens.. i'm thinking of asking him

At our Halloween dance, he danced with all my friends and all the girls but he never danced with me! and my friends say he isnt worth it to keep going on like this and not asking him out.
