i like this guy alot and he's leaving in 3 weeks bcuz he's leaving to go to a new place veryvery far and he's not coming back. he likes me too but the only thing i have a problem with is how i should get together with him. he's pretty shy to do that and i really wanna be together with him. well should i? everyone says that i should. but the only reason is how?

keep in touch with him but don't rush into a romantic relaitonaship just yet. Be friends for awhile and if you guysl are still crazy for each other, then definietly give it a shot. If its meant to be you'll know.
 and as said above, its much better to at least see how things go than to give up rihgt away adn regret it later.
