So I came home from my friends... and I have an im from my ex-girlfriend, she wanted me to come over to her house... well I did... and we went for a walk (like we did on our first date) and sat around and talked (like our first date)... pretty interesting

If you don't want her back, then don't lead her on. Make sure she knows it it definitely over between you two or she might be getting the wrong idea.
