The Scalpula:
http://ect.downstate.edu/courseware/haonline/figimgs/1_1.gif Its on the back of your body. I was just wondering, when u push your shoulders back, are u supposed to be able to see it and feel it? If not, does that mean u gotta lose weight coz you can't see it? I was wearing a singlet top today and my dad said that he's noticed that i'm getting fatter on the shoulders and my back...... so i was just wondering, if I can't see the scalpula bones anymore does that mean I need to lose weight?!?! Does anybody know? |

^ Again, I think it really just depends from person to person. Maybe you have some more fat on your back, but it doesn't make you overweight. I wouldn't worry so much about it...I don't think the visibility of your shoulderblades constitutes whether or not you're overweight.
Yup. Unless you're gaining excessive pounds in an alarming fashion or your clothes don't fit, you're probably fine. |
