I've been trying to figure out how to make a transparent box on PSP 8. Not having any luck! Any one know how?

A transparent box...as in where a blog would go over the layout so you could see the background picture through it, right?
It's simple, go to create a square with a white inside, and over in the layers section, it should say it's a vector (I usually convert them to raster layers, but it doesn't really matter)...then just lower the opacity of it (in the layers module) and put it over a picture. Should be see-through. Assuming this is what you were talking about, that is. |
