well with me, when it comes to me likeing someone, i can never ever talk to them. i dont kno wuts wroNg with me, but i just cant. my friends say i should just start a conversation, but its noT that easy. But at luNch i always catch him staring at me, i dont kno wut that means...maybe i have food on my face or sumthin,
 but i just need to kno, why this happens, and why does he always stare at me, wut should i do?

This is kind of weird advice, but try being friends with his friends so you know what kind of people he hangs out with and what he's like, cause people judge you by the company you keep. >_> I'm using my dads advice for once.
Then you have an idea what to talk about and just become friends, then once you become really close just start dropping hints and clues.  It's very weird advice. I know.
