Usually, when I plug my iPod into the computer, iTunes pops up and then the songs are updated onto my iPod. However, it doesn't do that anymore. I've tried updating iTunes and my iPod but it doesn't help. My iTunes says that my iPod isn't plugged in when it is because my iPod is charging through the computer.
My question is, how do I get iTunes to recognize my iPod so I can update my songs?! |

Have you taken uot your iPod and stuck it back in? You should uninstall everything then reinstall it all, from the origianl disc.
Hey wait, do you have an old iPod? I know for my niece, when she stuck her iPod into her cousin's computer, all her songs got delete ( ![]() Or maybe a driver or something is missing? If your computer doesn't recognize your iPod, then iTunes won't recognize it either. I remember that happened to my iPod nano, where my songs didn't even show up, iTunes didn't even read my nano, but my nano still charged. ![]() ![]() But after that, everything's fine and dandy. :] ALTHOUGH, I'm not telling you to do this, since there's a chance it won't change a thing... so many you should NOT update your ipod like I did, with the ipod updater. |
