Well I took it all in and I think this one is better, Though I still used the same makeup colors because I personally like those colors :p. ^_^:

Ooh I like how the eyes and lips look. :] I also disagree with the colors... Maybe you could have shades that are more closely related on the color spectrum. I noticed that you added in the flower. It doesn't go well with it, only because it seems like the flower is outlined in yellow? It doesn't blend in with the actual picture. Rather, it looks like it was placed on top of the original, whereas it should look like it is part of the original picture. You know what I mean? But I like the overal look. Awesome. :] The eyes.. Wooowww.. :]
