i have been using psp9 for a while and have been trying to blend images. but it does not seem to be working for me. so would photoshop be better? or should i practice more?.

no...I used both psp and ps...and I'm not sure which is easier to use, because I forgot how to use psp. Though, to me, photoshop is way better in effects & it provides imageready.
When I use psp, what I can do is limited, when using ps...it helps me in all areas,...like render/blend/vector/digital effects. |
