i made this for the contest
 and then i made a black version  and submitted it as a layout on CB but it was rejected  so i was wondering if i could get some constructive criticism so i can imprve on my layouts  heres the layout |

Misaligned, header is rather large, too much contrast, BG would look better all one color. Image is okay though.
