can someone plz tell me how can i put my bg pic in marquee? this is the site >>click here<< can someone plz tell me how i can move the ludacris pic in marquee??!? SOMEONE PLZ HELP.

see, this is my site http://www.xanga.com/aziz111 and i'm trying to make the bg pic in marquee and someone people said i need to have animation program to do that. so i asked for help.
