Confused, about a guy Options

Okay, i have a boyfriend and ive been dating him since Tuesday. I know that seems like not a long time, but i love him. I REALLY love him. And i`m afraid to tell him because he`s not ready to tell me he loves me, he doesnt yet. I`m okay with that, but i`m dying to say the words. Everybody else says i`m going too fast because i made out with him and let him feel my breasts. I dont think i`m going too fast, but i`m his first girlfriend.

My questions:
Am i going too fast for him?
Should i tell him i love him?

Here is a story I can relate to. I dated this guy. He told me he loved me less than a week into our relationship. It made me uncomfortable and worried. Three months later, he breaks up with me, and one month after that, he begs me to take him back. He basically says that if we were older, he'd go down on one knee and propose marraige to me. Now...I just turned 17 recently and he is 16 until Aug. The fact is you need to wait. Men tend to be scared of commitment and saying those three words will petrify him. I know it is not what you wanna hear, but somewhere in your mind, you know it is too soon. Wait in a couple of months...last thing you would want to do is make him feel as if he should love you now or make him feel uncomfortable. As for you loving him, I'd understand if you had some kind of crush or more for him for longer than you've been going out. Maybe...months or yrs? Just...don't make him feel rushed.
