help ok I need help with making banners and outlining the pictures that I want on there like this:

Ok for photoshop make the person or pic you wnat to be outlined its own layer.
Then go to the layer pallete (bottom right hand corner) and click the"f" looking character. Then go to stroke and play w/ the settings/ |
