Ok..i have this frend and it's her first time going out with someone. She is someone who is rather shy when it comes to guys. Since it's her first time she always askes me what to do cuz she says its awkward for her. I told her to talk to him and make jokes and things like how she does with her other friends...but when it comes to her bf she doesnt act the same..like shes more quiet and nervous. What should she do?

I think your friend just has the first time butterflies...but let he know that her boyfriend is just a new bestfriend that is a boy she can hug and kiss. She can tell him secrets, hang out, talk on the phone, pass notes, just like she would with girlfriends. Just remember to exercise the common interests...in other words, don't forget to do or talk about what they have in common...that is what keeps them close. Tell her to be herself...that's what he obviously likes about her and he will opt to stay around longer.
