Ok..i have this frend and it's her first time going out with someone. She is someone who is rather shy when it comes to guys. Since it's her first time she always askes me what to do cuz she says its awkward for her. I told her to talk to him and make jokes and things like how she does with her other friends...but when it comes to her bf she doesnt act the same..like shes more quiet and nervous. What should she do?

Tell her to talk about Google. Every guy likes to talk about Google. Or maybe that's just me.
Anyway, the best bet is to tell her to just let loose. Don't worry about impressing him--she must've done something to impress him already, right? So she should just be herself (as cliché as that sounds). It's true, it works out best. Talk about what interests her, and tell her to find out what interests him. |
