Hmm, I guess people are expandning to make more money. Although AMD's are faster then Pentium. THey just overheat. So if Dell puts extra fans or something in there, then this could be a great profit.

You don't need extra fans--they don't get that hot. They run a bit hotter than Pentiums, but a typical computer under normal stress can easily handle it. If the user is overclocking, they might wish to get more fans, but anyone who is overclocking is probably going to do that; on the other hand, AMD's are much easier to overclock than the typical Intel chip.
