How to edit font size/color in pic captions? |

I have a dark background and I can barely see my captions in my pic index? how can I fix that?

thanks...but that didn't work
I put it td.text {color:#3399FF;} into a caption and it just showed up as text and shows up like this td.text {color:..3399FF;} does that mean the "#" key was filtered out? |
