if i have two div. layers, and i want one on top of the other, is that a z-index issue?
if so how would i do that? |

change the z index numbers have one #1 and one #0 or #2 (don't put numbers in your divs). The z index helps it not get cluttered and have them positioned

Layer 2 would be stacked on layer 1, etc. You can remove this tag (or put 0) if you are using layers you do not want to overlap.
