This is an asian thing. It's basically rice in water? Yeah.
What do you like in your congee? XD I like those fried long breads. ;P Wait it's not only for chinese is it? |

Oh, and I wanted to add, that pork dumplings (siu mai or shao mai) with plain congee is EXCELLENT. So is that dried crispy pork stuff.
