ok my mom has this serios no gf rule and Ive dated anyway foer a long time. but now me and my new gf are getting more serious and I want to tell my mom that we are dating but she would come after me with a brick what should I do?

Just tell her. If youre getting serious, there comes a time you have to tell your parents. You cant hide her forever.
