I prefer girls that don't wear make-up. Sometimes girls put a lot of make-up that make them look pretty and then when they take it off it's just eh, u know? Then there's some girls who try to put too much.
![]() I know some people who prefer them with make-up though. |

Okay, so you have a person. This person wishes to attract other people of the opposite sex to them. Instead of showing their true selves, they choose to wear a mask. This produces better results on a very basic level for attracting mates, because the mask is more interesting than just a normal face. This basic level of attraction isn't based in truth about the mask wearer. This basic attraction cuts out the whole getting to know you part outright, and immediately. Instead of the opposite sex choosing this mask wearer for it's personality, it chooses it for sexual appeal only, and will just fill in the gaps after they have made their choice on this.
Very basic psychology. If people were looking for love, rather than sex, they would choose to not wear a mask, as the mask only attracts those who want sex, and bases a relationship on a lie. |

Girls who stuff their bras are accentuating their features for the goal of enhancing their natural beauty. There's a whole lot of fake that comes with that, in my opinion. All that a girl really, truly needs to attract a mate is some common sense, a shower, and a good personality. On hair, I like natural hair. Washed and brushed is different than completely styled and chemically treated. I will make the contention that yes, if a girl spent more time than getting a nice haircut, washing, and brushing her hair that she's doing the same thing as she was with the makeup. Cleaning yourself is different than wearing a mask to cover yourself up. I look past the makeup every day in my area. Do you know what I see? Girls that have ill intentions, and no will or reason in their minds to change them. They hide and cover them up, just to spring them on people who can't see through their masks. All of my girlfriends, even before I believed that there was anything wrong with wearing makeup, either were girls that didn't wear makeup, or wore such minimal makeup that it didn't change their natural appearance more than just making their skin less greasy looking (which really didn't matter anyway). Why? Because they had better personalities than all the other girls. Instead of focusing on your physical beauty, try focusing on your inner beauty. If you have a great deal of inner beauty, you really don't need any makeup to find the guy that you want. A good personality goes a long way with the right people. |

No, no, you've taken me wrong. I was making an observation based on my experiences that has told me that the girls who wore makeup always had something to hide, in contrast to the girls who didn't wear makeup that never really hid anything. I was also making the observation that it isn't such a great thing to, if you're looking for someone who is interested in your personality, to accentuate your sexuality, due to the fact that it is more likely to attract those who are only interested in your sexuality. You seem to be taking this as a personal attack, and I'm sorry for that. I know where you're coming from, thinking that I'm a terrible person who is discriminating against girls who wear make-up and all, but it's really just an incompatibility with our schools of thought. I am doing the exact opposite of what you believe me to be doing. I judge people on their personalities primarily, and I observe that their choice in how they present themselves externally, reflects that. You don't have to believe it, I'm not trying to convince you to not wear makeup, I'm just making an observation based on past experiences. Also, please don't think that the reason that I choose a mate is based on their preference to either wear make up or not, as that is blatantly false. I choose a mate based on personality, and through my personal experiences and preferences in personality, the girls who didn't wear the make-up were the ones that ended up correctly matched for me. I don't even think about whether someone wears make up or not when I'm personally trying to get to know them. It's not a factor unless I consider it to be to make a case on it, as I have here. O_o... I hope that clears up any confusion? |
