how do u make text like this? I use PSP.

I know a really long way to do it.
Open a new picture and set the background to what ever color you want the border to be. Then take the font tool, and use a pixel font, like redensek. Set the fill color to the color you want inside and don't put anything in the stroke. Make sure you set it to "floating" in the "create as" outline. If you're using a bigger font, you might want to set the antialias. Click okay, and then your text should appear as a selection with the little things moving and whatnot. Next, go to selections >> Modify >> Expand. Set the number of pixels to how big you want the outline to be, for the picture you provided, it would be set a 1 pixel. Click okay and you should have your text still as a selection. Now just copy and paste it into the image you want it. I hoped that helped. Btw, This is for PSP7.
